These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to your use of ZC77, an online gaming platform providing Casino games, Slot Games, Fish Games, Sports Betting and Promotions to players based in Pakistan. By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a bet on ZC77, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all users of the ZC77 platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser or any other compatible device.

To register and use ZC77, you must meet all of the following requirements:
ZC77 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity and age at any point. These may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), passport or another government-issued document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Each player is permitted to hold one ZC77 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and any balances or pending winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited. This includes accounts created to abuse welcome bonuses or other promotional offers.
You are responsible for keeping your ZC77 login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. ZC77 will never ask you for your password by email, chat or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact ZC77 support immediately. Any activity carried out on your account before you report unauthorised access remains your responsibility.
ZC77 processes all transactions in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and standard mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. ZC77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the Deposit page and may differ by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit to your ZC77 PKR balance within seconds of confirmation on your mobile. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to any restrictions applicable to that payment method. Before your first withdrawal is processed, ZC77 may request identity verification documents. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. If you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, withdrawals of the bonus amount or any winnings generated from bonus funds may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met.
ZC77 operates entirely in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your ZC77 balance, and the amount you withdraw is the PKR amount deducted from your balance with no mid-transaction conversion fee.
ZC77 offers welcome bonuses for new members and ongoing promotions for returning players, including reload bonuses and event-specific offers during PSL season and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions outlined in this section.
Bonuses must be actively claimed through the Promotions page or as directed in the specific promotion description. ZC77 does not automatically add bonuses to accounts. Each promotion will specify the eligibility criteria, the claim window, the minimum deposit required (if any) and the games or betting categories that qualify for wagering.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place total bets worth PKR 20,000 using the bonus balance before a withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page before you opt in.
ZC77 takes a straightforward approach to bonus abuse: if it is clear that a player or group of players is exploiting promotional offers in a way that is not consistent with genuine gameplay — through bonus-hunting, collusion or the use of multiple accounts — ZC77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings generated from it and close the associated accounts. What counts as genuine gameplay is assessed by ZC77 at its reasonable discretion.
The ZC77 Betting section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and bilateral series), Football (EPL, UEFA Champions League and international tournaments), Tennis, Esports (including PUBG Mobile) and other sports as listed on the Betting page. All bets are placed in PKR and settled according to the rules in this section.
All bets placed through ZC77 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet — including the market, selection, odds and stake — before confirming. ZC77 does not accept requests to void or amend a bet after it has been confirmed unless the bet qualifies under the void bet rules set out below.
Odds displayed on the ZC77 Betting page are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Maximum payout limits per event and per market are set by ZC77 and may vary by sport and competition. Where a potential payout exceeds the stated maximum, the payout will be capped at that maximum regardless of the odds accepted.
Live in-play betting is available for cricket, PSL and football on ZC77. In-play markets update in real time. Any bet placed during a delay in live data updates (for example, due to a stream lag) is placed at your own risk. ZC77 is not liable for bets placed based on information that was already public knowledge at the time of placement but not yet reflected in the live odds.
ZC77's Casino section features live dealer tables including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and Teen Patti, streamed in real time. The Slot Games library includes classic three-reel games, video slots and feature-heavy titles with free spins, bonus rounds and multipliers. Fish Games are available as a separate game category with their own mechanics and payout structures.
All casino games and slot titles available on ZC77 are provided by third-party game suppliers. The game mechanics, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and theoretical payout rates are determined by the game supplier and are not modified by ZC77. ZC77 is not responsible for interruptions to Casino, Slot or Fish Game sessions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. If a game session is interrupted due to a server-side fault on ZC77's end, the game will be restored to its last confirmed state when the session resumes or the interrupted round's stake will be returned to your balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZC77. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the platform:
ZC77 monitors accounts and activity patterns for signs of prohibited behaviour. Where such activity is detected, ZC77 will act without prior notice and may report relevant information to appropriate authorities where required.
ZC77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or prohibited activity, failure to complete identity verification, or a player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
If you wish to close your ZC77 account, contact support. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements or active wagering conditions that prevent withdrawal.
Where ZC77 suspends an account due to a suspected breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance and any suspended account access will be restored. If a breach is confirmed, ZC77 may forfeit the balance in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may raise a dispute by contacting ZC77 support. ZC77 will review the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe. ZC77's decision on account-related disputes, made after review, is final.
ZC77 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is available at zc77.vin/privacy-policy. By registering on ZC77, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.
ZC77 may contact you via email or on-platform notification for the following purposes: account verification, transaction confirmations, promotional offers (if you have opted in to marketing communications), security alerts and platform updates. You may manage your communication preferences from within your account settings.
ZC77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors and identity verification providers as necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms.
ZC77 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and circumstances outside ZC77's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.
ZC77 is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits or data resulting from platform unavailability, game interruptions caused by connectivity issues on the player's side, or any decision made by the player based on publicly available information that has not yet been reflected in ZC77's live odds or game data.
Nothing in these Terms limits ZC77's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, ZC77's total liability to any member for any claim arising out of the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
ZC77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page will reflect when the most recent revision was made. For significant changes, ZC77 may notify active members via email or on-platform notification, though this is not guaranteed for every update.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you continue to use ZC77 after a revision has been published, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your option is to stop using the platform and request account closure.
